Executive Vice President & General ManagerRalph became general manager of SVS in November 2008. From 2006 to 2008, he was chief operating executive for Total Merchant Services, a privately held independent payments processor. He has also served in senior leadership positions with First Data Corporation and First Horizon National Corporation. Ralph received his MBA from the University of Texas.
Keith Sorrels

Sales and New Business Development Keith provides leadership for sales and business development efforts. He is the former vice president of sales and implementation services for Ceridian's Time and Attendance and Human Resource Self-Service businesses. Prior to joining Ceridian, Keith spent 10 years in sales and management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, which is now Hewlett Packard. Keith has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.

He has a broad background in application development, operations, and customer support, including over 19 years in the payment services and prepaid industry. Tom holds a business degree from Eastern Illinois University with a concentration in computer systems management.

Rosie Allocco

Support Services Rosie leads Implementation Services, Business Operations, Card Production, and the Call Center. She has a multi-faceted background in implementations, IT, audit, and operations, including experiences at National Processing Company and First Tennessee. Since joining SVS in 2001, Rosie's priority has been to provide repeatable and reliable back office support for all SVS clients. Rosie attended the University of Louisville.

Client Services Michelle joined SVS in July 2002 and has served as vice president of Client Services since June 2009. She has over 18 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, and finance. Prior to joining SVS, she held various management positions at Gap, Inc., including managing their gift card program. Michelle is a graduate of Heald Business College and attended Notre Dame De Namur University in Belmont, CA.

He has a BS in Marketing from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

He has a background in print purchasing, procurement, retail management, and 15 years of experience in the financial transaction industry. A certified Green Belt, Greg has a passion for Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and other process-improvement programs.
